I’ll be honest, I hate job searching and everything that goes along with it: tailoring a résumé, tweaking your cover letter, “selling” yourself and your skills just to prove you’re a great fit. I wish I could just reply to a posting with “I can do this” and they would come back with, “great, you’re hired!” But that’s not the world we live in.
